Good service often shows itself in the small things: arriving when promised, doing what was agreed and following up afterwards without having to be reminded.
That was our recent experience with Leaco Pest Management Klerksdorp and owner Kevin Fourie.
We originally found Kevin after posting on Facebook looking for someone who could help with persistent weeds growing between the paving in our driveway.
Kevin responded to the post and arranged to come out and assess the problem.
He arrived on time, provided a quote immediately and explained what he could do. Once we accepted the quote, he returned as arranged and completed the treatment.
There were no missed appointments and no need to chase after him to find out when the work would be done.
What stood out most, however, happened after the job.
Kevin contacted us himself to arrange a follow-up visit and check whether the treatment had worked properly, whether the weeds had died off as expected and whether anything further needed attention.
For anyone who has spent time waiting for a service provider to return a call or wondering whether someone will arrive for an appointment, that kind of follow-through matters.
Kevin is hands-on in his business and was friendly, professional and straightforward to deal with throughout the process.
Leaco Pest Management provides pest-control services for ants, cockroaches, termites, bed bugs, rodents, wasps, flies and mosquitoes, as well as vegetation treatment.
