Why Flamwood Pharmacy Klerksdorp Stands Out
Good service is easy to talk about, but you notice the difference when you actually experience it consistently.
That has been my experience at Flamwood Pharmacy.
The pharmacy team as a whole deserves recognition. The staff are professional, approachable and helpful, and I particularly appreciate the way the pharmacists deal with customers.
When you have a question or need advice, they listen. It doesn’t feel as though they are simply trying to get through the next person waiting to be helped. They take the time to understand what you are asking, consider the problem and then make recommendations based on what you have told them.
That personal attention matters, particularly when you are asking for advice about something related to your health or wellbeing.
It also creates trust. You want to feel comfortable asking questions, including the small ones you may think are silly. Having someone listen properly and explain your options makes a considerable difference to the experience of visiting a pharmacy.
A Special Mention for Chrisna Human
While I appreciate the entire team at Flamwood Pharmacy Klerksdorp, there is one staff member I specifically wanted to mention.
Chrisna Human has helped me numerous times when I have gone to the pharmacy to buy makeup and beauty products.
What I appreciate about Chrisna is that she doesn’t simply point me towards a product or recommend the most obvious choice.
She explains things.
She will tell me why she thinks a particular product will work for me, what makes it suitable and, just as importantly, why another product may not work for me.
That makes a difference because there is an enormous choice when it comes to makeup and beauty products. Packaging and advertising can tell you almost anything, but having someone who knows the products and is prepared to explain the differences makes choosing considerably easier.
I also never feel as though Chrisna is simply trying to make a sale. I feel that she is helping me find something that I will actually be happy with once I get home and start using it.
Friendliness That You Remember
There is another part of Chrisna’s service that deserves mentioning: her attitude towards customers.
We are always welcomed with genuine enthusiasm and friendliness.
It may sound like a small thing, but it isn’t. People remember how they are treated. A friendly greeting, patience and a willingness to help can turn an ordinary shopping trip into a genuinely pleasant experience.
That is what good customer service should be.
For me, Flamwood Pharmacy in Klerksdorp has managed to maintain that personal element. From pharmacists who listen carefully and make considered recommendations to staff members who take the time to help customers with everyday purchases, there is a sense that the person standing in front of them matters.
Chrisna Human is very much part of that experience.
I believe people who consistently provide excellent service deserve to hear about it, and businesses should know when they have staff members who represent them exceptionally well.
So this is simply a customer saying thank you.
Thank you to the team at Flamwood Pharmacy for the professional and helpful service we continue to receive, and a very special thank you to Chrisna Human for the warmth, knowledge and genuine friendliness she brings to every interaction.
She is an asset to Flamwood Pharmacy, and I hope she knows that her effort does not go unnoticed.
